1. Acceptance
By creating a ChoreMi account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account. Child profiles may only be created on behalf of your own minor children or children in your legal care.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@choremi.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use ChoreMi for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service; (c) upload harmful or offensive content; or (d) misrepresent your identity or relationship to any child profile you create.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
ChoreMi offers a free tier and a Premium subscription. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and managed by RevenueCat. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are governed by Apple's refund policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All ChoreMi branding, design, and code are owned by ChoreMi. Your family data belongs to you. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
ChoreMi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChoreMi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated in-app.
